David Foxbury is having one of those days...
As a first-year Astral Navigation cadet, David had expected a lot of things. Having the most notoriously difficult Florivan at Earth's Central Space Service Academy as his training partner was not one of those things.
 
Cobalt Mereday may be talented, but they're the bright blue thorn in David's side and seem to take great delight in making his life difficult. The two of them are stuck working together, and the only thing they can agree on is that they don't want to spend any more time in each other's company than they have to.
 
Today, the two of them are alone in deep space in a converted shuttle pod for a routine training mission. All David and Cobalt want is to get it over with, but the Strange has other plans for them...
